This is my CHOCOLATE spin on the ever-so-popular #procheesecakerecipe that’s all over Instagram. :o) For standard cheesecake, just sub in vanilla protein powder! Video with the how-to is below.
2 8oz. packages fat free cream cheese (you can use low fat, but the macros will be different!)
12 oz. fat free Greek yogurt (I used Dannon Light n’ Fit Vanilla)
2 scoops protein powder (I used Quest Chocolate Milkshake)
15g baking Stevia
2 tsp vanilla extract
Macros for 1/8 of the cheesecake are: 1F | 16C | 22P
